How It Works
Four steps from the Amazon request to verification
1. Submit your case
The client sends SQM the communication received from Amazon, the relevant ASINs and the documentation currently available.
2. SQM Review
SQM reviews the technical file, identifies any missing documentation and provides support in preparing the necessary additions.
3. Contact with CPM APAVE
The economic operator directly appoints CPM APAVE and submits the case to the laboratory.
4. TIC Validation
CPM APAVE performs the document review and manages the outcome in accordance with the applicable Amazon procedure.

Exclusions
Any specific consultancy services, laboratory testing, sampling or additional verification activities will be quoted separately by SQM S.r.l.
Any grouping of models or technically equivalent variants will first be assessed by SQM S.r.l. and submitted to CPM APAVE for approval within the TIC procedure.
